Course Description
Through activities, real case studies, and video presentations, this course teaches and prepares already-licensed MLOs with the latest information and details that pertain to federal core SAFE practices that influence MLO operations and origination. While learning about laws and regulations that pertain to the loan application process, you will also gain an understanding of the protections and laws for borrowers, along with nontraditional loan products and their relevant 2024 updates. In this 7-hour course, you can expect:
- A single-question activity after each chapter
- At least one case study in each chapter
- 5-question quiz at the end of each chapter
- 25-question final end-of-course exam
- Work at your own pace – course expires 6 months after the date of enrollment (free rescheduling is available)
- Must be completed on a desktop or laptop. The NMLS prohibits courses on smartphones or tablet
